Q. Does the equipment come with a warranty?
A. Yes all our pre-owned equipment comes with 6 months warranty as standard.
Q. Do you deliver?
A. Yes free delivery is included to anywhere in the UK.
Q. Can I see a picture of the actual instrument?
A. The pictures you see are of the exact instrument you will purchase. We don’t use generic pictures.
Q. Can I view the instrument before purchasing
A. Yes this is possible if you are local to our office or are willing to visit. We can’t unfortunately offer a free trial before the purchase.
Q. Am I able to modify the package contents?
A. Yes. However this can’t currently be done via the website. Our packages are sold as standard kits but if you wish to remove or exchange anything, you can let us know in the order form and we can get a new quote over to you.
Q. How long will it take to receive my equipment?
A. Although all the equipment has been serviced to the highest standards, we still need to give the equipment final outgoing checks and calibration before it leaves our office. This is often between 5-7 working days.
Q. Can I trade in my old equipment against my purchase?
A. Yes we will always try to offer the best price possible for the equipment you have to trade in.
Q. What is a CCP?
A. The CCP is a Customer Care Package which allows you to benefit from the latest software updates on the instrument. We include a Basic CCP with all our equipment.
Q. Do you have finance or payment plans?
A. We do not supply finance ourselves, however we can put you in touch with some credit brokers who can try to find you the best deal possible.
Q. Where are you located?
A. We have multiple offices thought the UK where our equipment is located. We do not have a central hub.
Q. Do you sell other equipment brands?
A. We only sell Leica Geosystems equipment on our website.
